We have just completed the sale of our Orange County California rental property to my tenant. Awesome. Nicky was with us every step of the way. With her help, we were able to put the house on the market less than 10 days after our tenant vacated the property. In those 10 days, she was at the house directing all the trades that needed to work quickly to get the house ready for sale. She made great recommendations on the things we needed to change to make the house sell for top dollar, including changing the light fixtures and door handles.
